《淮南子·时则训》
Huainanzi shizexun《淮南子·时则训》中国汉代记载物候学知识的著作之一。《淮南子》,亦称《淮南鸿烈》。西汉淮南王刘安(公元前179一公元前122年)及其门客苏非、李尚、伍被等编著。成书于公元前139年。书中有不少自然科学史料,其中《天文训》一卷,较早记载了二十四个节气的名称;《时则训》是第五卷,主要记述候应。每年分春、夏、秋、冬四季,每季分孟、仲、季三月,逐月记述候应。如孟春之月记为“东风解冻,蛰虫始振苏,鱼上负冰,獭祭鱼,候鸟北”等五个候应。其物候记述较之《夏小正》更为丰富,文字简练易懂。本书与《夏小正》、《礼记·月令》以及《逸周书·时训解》等均为研究中国古代七十二候形成的重要农业气象专著。《淮南子·时则训》首先根据先秦古籍形成“月令”(月令是指按月叙述天象、天气、物候、农事等为主要内容的一种古历书体裁),即逐月叙述候应,但当时尚未形成七十二候这种物候历。《淮南子》今存清光绪浙江书局的刊本。(朱履宽)
