材料
羊蹄两只,羊髀400克,北芪15克,党参15克,圆肉一汤匙。
调料
姜一片,糯米酒两汤匙,精盐少许。
做法
①圆肉、北芪、党参洗净。
②羊蹄放入滚水中,高火8分钟,羊髀放入滚水中,高火3分钟,取起洗净。
③把适量清水高火6分钟至滚,放下全部材料及酒、姜片,中火50分钟,下盐调味即可。
