性质: 由芳香科植物红橘(Citrus reticulata Blanco var. tangerine)的果皮经冷榨(也有用水蒸气蒸馏)所得。为红橙色至棕橙色液体。具新鲜果实香气。相对密度0.844~0.854。折射率1.473~1.476。旋光度+88°~+96°。含醛量(以癸醛汁)0.8%~1.9%。主成分为d-芋烯、辛醛、癸醛、芳樟醇等。主产于中国等。主要用于食品和牙膏香精等。
