The present paper deals with distribution of the metacercarial cysts infrapopulation of Centrocestus formosanus(Digenean: Heterophyidae)in the gill filaments and gill rakers of Aristchthys nobilis from August 1993 to November 1994.
通过对鳙为期16个月的定期取样研究发现,1993年8月到1994年3月,台湾棘带吸虫的囊蚴主要分布在鳃耙上,1994年4月到11月,囊蚴则主要分布在鳃丝上;当鳙体长范围为30-90mm时,囊蚴主要分布在鳃耙上,当体长大于90mm时,囊蚴主要分布在鳃丝上,随着鳙的生长,鳃丝囊蚴所占的比例逐渐增大,从0增加到100%,而鳃耙囊蚴所占的比例逐渐减小。

１９９４年８—１０月作者研究了台湾棘带吸虫尾蚴的实验生态，结果表明：光照对尾蚴的逸出有明显的促进作用，尾蚴具有强烈的趋光性；水温２６—２８℃时，其ＬＤ５０的时间为４０ｈ左右，ＬＤ９０的时间为５２ｈ左右，全部死亡时间为５６—６０ｈ，死亡的尾蚴数随时间的关系符合逻辑斯谛方程；尾蚴不断地活动于水体的各个深度，但大部分时间仍停留于水体的底层；尾蚴的逸出数在适温范围内随水温的升高而增多，且尾蚴的活动强度随之增强；处于半数死亡时间的尾蚴仍然具有感染力，９０％死亡时间的尾蚴失去活动，也失去了感染力，尾蚴经口被动感染淡水鱼类。

[原料/调料]
油面 1斤
肉丝 1/3杯
新鲜香菇(切丝) 4朵
红萝蔔丝 1/4杯
豆芽菜 4两
葱段 2支
洋葱(切丝) 1/4个
香菜 少许
虾米 1大匙
酱油 1大匙
盐 1又1/2小匙
胡椒 1小匙
糖 1/2大匙
香油 1/3大匙
油 2大匙
水 2杯
[制作流程]
(1)将材料洗净分别切好备用。
(2)将锅烧热并放入油加热，再依序将洋葱、香菇、肉丝、红萝蔔丝、虾米、葱等材料爆香，随后加入所有调味料和其他材料煮沸。
(3)材料全熟后，放入油面翻炒并改小火，炒至汤汁收干再放豆芽菜略炒即可熄火盛起，并撒上少许香菜。
亦可将肉丝、香菇、蛋丝等爆炒入味后再铺在面的表层来丰富内容。
