疠疡风 病名。浅在性皮肤斑剥点状之病证。《诸病源候论》卷三十一:“疠疡者,有颈边、胸前、腋下,自然斑剥点相连,色微白而圆,亦有乌色者,亦无痛痒,谓之疠疡风。”多因风邪搏于皮肤,气血不和所生。好发于颈侧、胸背、腋下等处,色多紫白,斑点群集而相连,可蔓延扩大,或间有痒感,夏重而冬轻。治以外用药为主,可选密陀僧散外搽,或以雄黄、硫磺、明矾各等份研细末猪脂调匀涂敷。或用乌贼骨磨陈醋搽患处。严重者可选内服药,如乌蛇散用于祛风清热,燥湿解毒。相当于花斑癣,包括有皮肤异色症者。
