补充资料：什么叫缓释剂
我国药物的剂型，从夏禹时代的酒曲、商代的汤剂到后来的丸散膏丹，已有四千余年的历史，近代又出现了片剂、冲剂、针剂、气雾剂等。
然而，这些常规剂型，不论口服或注射，每天大多需给药多次，不仅使用不便，而且血液中的药物浓度（简称血药浓度）起伏很大，导致“峰谷”现象。当药物浓度处于高峰时，超过了最适宜的治疗浓度，便引起较多副反应，甚至中毒；反之，药物浓度降到低谷时，又远在所需浓度之下，难以发挥作用。于是，新的药物剂型——缓释制剂与控释制剂也就相继应运而生了。它们均能控制药物释放速度，减少或避免血药浓度的“峰谷”波动，使药物较平稳地持续发挥疗效。但它们在释药规律与血药浓度上仍有些区别。
今天我们先谈一谈缓释制剂。缓释制剂是先将药物制成小的颗粒，分作数份，少数不包衣为速释部分，其它分别包上厚薄不同的衣为缓释部分。取上述颗粒以一定比例混合，这样各种药物颗粒便像接力跑一样持续发挥作用，达到预期的效果。
服用缓释片剂或胶囊剂时需用水吞服，严禁嚼碎或击碎分次使用。(2000.11.5)
