为了实现新世纪江西农业的“跨越式”发展 ,提出了江西发展避洪农业的思路、模式及其关键技术 ,这就是 :(1)改迟熟种为早熟种 ;(2 )改三熟制为二熟制 ;(3)改大田粮食作物为水生经济作物 ;(4)改收获成熟籽粒为收获鲜嫩果实 ;(5 )改收获生殖器官为收获营养器官 ;(6 )改种植为养殖。
