ganwuzh一zhongliang eed一ng干物质重量测定(determination of drymatter weight)作物经干燥后体重的测定。作物干物质是光合作用的产物,其重量是表征作物生长状况的基本特征量之一。它用于分析干物质的积累和分配与气象条件的关系;鉴定农业技术措施的效应:掌握一定气候条件下的作物产量形成过程及其特点,研究其气候适应性;还用于计算其它生长特征量(如净同化率等),评定其光能利用率等。此项测定在一般作物生育状况观测地段或专题试验地上进行。根据不同的目的,确定观测的时间、次数和项目。一般可在每个发育期的普遍期或在某一生育阶段定期测定,其间隔天数可定为10、15或20天、每次测定整株或分别测定某些器官(根、茎、叶、叶鞘、穗等)的干物质重鼠。测定时,在地段上几处(一般为4个测区)任选一定数量(一般为10一20株)有代表性的植株,连根挖取(若不测根系可切去).冲洗干净,用纱布吸干附着的水分,注意防止植株失水而萎蔫,随即称其鲜重(克),并装入纸袋,作好标记,放入恒温干燥箱,先在100oC下烘烤约半小时,以杀死植株,然后降至60一80oC以下烘烤约24一48小时,直至样品重量不变为止(可根据样品的大小、老嫩和多少,适当掌握其温度的高低和烘烤时间的长短)。此时称得的样品重为干重(克),据此可计算: 植株(或器官)含水率_样品鲜重一样品干重、,~。/一—几正万不二干尸玉歹一一一一一入1气)U夕口 忏自口下里每公顷干物质重量(kg) _样品干重(克)X每亩植株密度 一样品总株(茎)数xl()()()干物质增长速度(kg/d) 后一次的每公顷干重一前一次的每公顷干重 一前后两次测定的间隔日数 (太华杰)
