常用的打孔方法有：钻头钻孔，电火花加工打孔，激光打孔等
1、钻头钻孔
适合打大孔，直径在2MM以上的孔，且钻头易断，产品废品率较高。
2、电火花加工
打孔在0.2mm以上，加速度很慢
3、激光打孔
可以打0.1以上的孔，速度较快，深度不超过4MM
