| 勐海大叶种(Menghai dayezhong) 原产云南省勐海县。 植株乔木型,树姿开展,树冠高大,分枝较疏。叶长椭圆形,属特大叶类,成叶色绿,嫩叶色黄绿,叶尖渐尖,叶面隆起,叶缘微波或平直,叶肉厚,叶质软,芽叶肥壮,一芽二叶平均重0.66g,茸毛多。叶片着生水平或下垂。发芽期早,生长期长,新梢持嫩性强,采摘期3月上旬至11月下旬。抗寒性弱。茶多酚与儿茶素含量特高,适制工夫红茶,香高味浓,条索肥壮,色润毫多,叶底红亮。加工红碎茶,味浓强,汤红艳,加工普洱茶、沱茶、方茶等品质亦佳。该品种适宜于在冬季绝对气温-3℃以下的红茶、普洱茶产区推广。 |
