肾小管葡萄糖最大重吸收量试验
一种测定肾小管重吸收功能的试验。利用单位时间内肾小球滤出的葡萄糖量减去单位时间尿中出现的葡萄糖量,可计算出TMG值。测定方法:晨7时30分首次静脉注射40%葡萄糖溶液150ml,以后用30%葡萄糖溶液每分钟10ml速度维持输液。其他操作同*菊糖清除率,同时测定菊糖清除率以求出肾小球滤过率,然后按下式计算TMG值。TMG=PG×Cin-UG×V,式中PG为血浆葡萄糖浓度,Cin为菊糖清除率,UG为尿中葡萄糖浓度,V为每分钟尿量。正常人TMG平均值为340± 18.2mg/min/1.73m2。男性为300~450mg/min/1.73m2,女性约250~350mg/min/1.73m2。TMG的高低可反映有效肾单位的数量和功能,是测定近曲肾小管重吸收功能的指标之一。
