teratoma of lung
一种原发于肺内的胚胎性肿瘤。为迷走于肺内的胚胎性组织被肺实质包围所形成。属良性肿瘤，但可恶变。分囊性和实质性两种，均含有3种胚层组织。本病多无明显自觉症状，如并发感染，可有咳嗽、咯血、胸痛、咳腥臭脓痰等。X线检查有助诊断。可手术切除。
