基因探针
gene probe
又称“寡核苷酸探针”，简称“探针”。肿瘤和许多的遗传病均与基因缺陷有关，找出正常和异常的基因核苷酸序列后，提取或合成其中能代表正常及异常的基因片段，一般含20个左右的核苷酸，作为探针，利用DNA多聚合酶链反应方法，使探针扩增成千万个复制品，用32P或生物素标记，再与从患者提取的DNA片段进分子杂交。洗脱未杂交的DNA片段，放射自显影，即可观察显影的片段，进行分析诊断。
