原料:

鸽脯肉250克,西芹100克,马蹄70克,陈皮10克,虾皮15片,炒熟的芝麻5克,香菇丁50克

辅料

葱姜蒜蓉各1勺,猪油、香油各1大勺,盐、酱油各1勺,醋少许

做法:

1、鸽肉切黄豆粒大小并入味,西芹切丁,马蹄拍碎,陈皮泡软剁蓉。

2、虾片用热油炸好捞出。

3、另起锅,用热油将乳鸽粒炒至八成熟,倒入芹菜丁,炒熟倒出。

4、锅中放猪油炒香葱姜蒜蓉,倒入鸽肉丁、香菇丁、马蹄、陈皮,调味,淋醋、香油,倒入盘中,撒上芝麻,把熟虾片围在鸽松旁边即可。

tips:

1.尿毒症患者不要食用此菜,易加重病情。

2.鸽肉有解毒功效,适用于治疗疮疥。
