结果表明,显性核不育水稻3种不同基因型植株在幼穗发育时期叶片中的可溶性蛋白质含量差异不大,且变化趋势相同;不育株(纯合与杂合)幼穗中可溶性蛋白质的含量在雌雄蕊形成期与可育株基本相同,而在花粉母细胞形成期和花粉母细胞减数分裂期迅速下降;不育株(纯合与杂合)花药内可溶性蛋白质含量明显低于可育株,这是不育株花粉败育的一个重要生理特征。
