The tourism motivation research is still a neglected area.
旅游动机的考察仍是一个被忽视的领域,该研究建立在华南师范大学学生问卷调查的基础上,运用因子分析的方法分别从推力和拉力2个方面研究了大学生旅游动机,确立了"学习型"、"文化型"、"康体型"、"交际型"和"声望型"5个推力因子和"资源丰富型"、"形象良好型"、"设施便利型"、"特色鲜明型"和"娱乐多样型"5个拉力因子,并在此基础上分析了推力和拉力因子在人口统计特征上的差异,结果显示:个人气质特征对推力因素没有显著性影响;专业差异影响了学习型推力因素;性别和个人消费水平对拉力因素的作用影响显著。

10you dongJ}旅游动机(tourist motivation)直接推动一个人进行旅游活动的内部动因或动力。旅游动机的产生和人类的其他行为动机一样，都来自人的需要。人为了满足或实现某种需要就产生了行为的动机。旅游是人类社会发展到一宁阶段的产物，是人类各种需要中的一种。马斯洛的需要层次论是研究动机的基础。当人们满足了温饱之后，就自然而然地追求更高层次的享受，旅游动机就是人们在满足了最低的生理要求之后提出来的。 将己形成的旅游需要调动起来，即旅游动机激发，必须提供适当、健康的激发因素。一般认为激发因素应具备一定的条件:旅游资源必须具有吸引力，旅游设施、旅游服务必须满足需要。 旅游动机丰富多样，动机归类研究难于一致。日本学者田中喜一将旅游动机归为4类:心情动机、身体动机、精神动机和经济动机。每一种动机反映了不同的需求。美国学者R.麦金托什也将旅游动机分为4类:身体健康动机、文化动机、交际动机与声望动机。中国学者屠如骥认为，常见到的旅游动机有:出自求实的动机、出自求新的动机、出自既求实又求新的动机、出自求名心理的动机、出自求美心理的动机、出自好胜心理的动机、出自求爱心理的动机、出自求知心理的动机和出自访古寻友、追宗归祖心理的动机。 (陆林)
