| 布氏杆菌病 brucellosis 由布氏杆菌引起的人畜共患的急、慢性传染病。又称马尔他热或波状热。牛、羊和猪是主要传染源，母畜感染后可引起流产 ，人因接触病畜或食用受染牛奶或奶制品而感染。潜伏期1～3周，临床特点是缓慢起病，长期发热、多汗、虚弱、全身痛和关节痛，急性期症状多在3～6月内消退。慢性布氏杆菌病尤为牛型病例，常因众多含糊主诉误诊为神经衰弱。血和骨髓培养分离到布氏杆菌可确诊，血清凝集试验若效价在1∶100以上亦有辅助诊断意义，布氏杆菌素皮内试验常用于回顾性诊断。治疗首选四环素或联合应用链霉素，疗程 3周，复发病例可重复疗程。预防和控制家畜布氏杆菌病是预防人患此病的关键。
