Objective: Mice models of three types of stress including psychological stress, physical stress and integrated stress were established to simulate the virous stress condition faced by soldiers, and then the imbalance characteristics of neuroimmunomodulation network (NIM) induced by these stress and the modulation effect of LW-AFC on it were studied.
目的:运用不同类型应激(躯体应激、心理应激、综合应激)动物模型,研究不同应激因素所致神经内分泌免疫调节(NIM)网络平衡失调的特点,并从调节NIM网络平衡的角度,探讨中药经典方剂六味地黄汤的活性成分(群)复方——六味地黄苷糖(LW-AFC)的抗应激作用及其主要作用环节。

应激性溃疡综合征
postburn stress ulcer syndrome
烧伤引起的、以黏膜糜烂和急性溃疡为特征的上消化道出血性疾患。最早为Duputren于1832年所描述。后来，Curling科学地描写烧伤与急性十二指肠溃疡的关系，故称之为Curling溃疡。现习惯地把烧伤后的胃、十二指肠的急性糜烂和溃疡统称为Curling溃疡。但由于本病不仅可发生于胃及十二指肠，还可以发生于食管下端、小肠和结肠，与烧伤应激有关。故有人称之为应激性溃疡综合征，并认为此名词较为妥当。其防治方法详见“烧伤应激性溃疡”。
