According to the form of alga and the type of ontogenesis, explants of the species from pseudomembranous, membranous and coenocytic alga, were cultured under the under unialgal conditions without exogenous hormone comparatively.
依据藻体类型和早期形态发生类型,选择假膜体、膜状体和多核单细胞体三种类型的海藻,在单藻培养、不加激素的条件下进行外植体培养,研究海藻细胞全能性表达的条件和途径,并在此基础上,寻找全能性细胞,构建大型海藻无性系。
