On the background of breaking down of Harbin water supply due to the pollution accident of the Songhua River,the paper documents the influence of the decreased influent flow on the operation of Taiping Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant and the efficiency of emergency measures.
结果表明:进水量减少对污水厂产生了进水负荷冲击、营养缺乏和水温下降等不利影响;采取生物强化措施后有效抑制了污泥恶化,化解了水量减少期间和恢复供水后的负荷冲击,在进水COD、NH3-N和SS浓度分别为472、130。
