食管-结肠吻合术

又称“结肠移植食管重建术”。是指在食管部分切除后用结肠代食管进行对接缝合复通上消化道的手术。用于食管癌的食管切除和食管良性狭窄的治疗。可选左半结肠、横结肠、右半结肠，切断后带血管蒂按顺蠕动方向拉到胸腔或经胸骨前皮下或胸骨后间隙拉到颈部，上端与食管端-端吻合，下端与胃端-侧吻合。手术并发症为吻合瘘和吻合口狭窄。
