In this paper, 100 randomary primers were used on sunflower cultivars and hybrid seed in RAPD,male and female parents of Kondy 4,5,6,7,G101 and F1 were analysed and researched.
利用100个随机引物分别对油葵品种———康地4号、5号、6号、7号及G101的父母本和杂交种进行了分析研究,最后筛选出3个特异引物可分别用以鉴定康地4号、6号、7号及G101杂交种,用此结果计算出的品种纯度与田间检测结果基本一致。

After sunflower seeds are treated with different electric field intensity,the biological effect is tested including the effects of electric field on germination percentage, activity of SOD(superoxide dismutase) and POD(peroxidase) and the content of MDA(malon-di-aldehyde) in germinating stage under water stress simulated by PEG(polyethyleneglycol).
