肯尼亚旧石器时代遗址。位于肯尼亚内罗毕西南约65公里的东非大裂谷底部的马加迪盐湖旁。1943年肯尼亚籍英国人L.S.B.利基夫妇调查时发现一些旧石器时代石器。20世纪60年代进行发掘,发现手斧、薄刃砍砸器和打制过的石球等数万件。同时出土有象、长颈鹿、猪、牛等哺乳动物化石,其中以狒狒化石为最多。据石器形状和伴出动物化石断定,遗址属阿舍利文化期,年代距今约40~50万年,与非洲旧石器时代的奥杜瓦伊文化第4层或稍晚时期相当。遗址今建有外观为非洲式茅屋的博物馆,除陈列石器、化石和民俗展品外,还完好地保存了发掘时的情况。整个遗址已辟为遗址公园。
