茶树品种推广(extention of tea varie·ties)将育成的茶树优良品种投入生产以扩大茶树良种生产范围的重要方法。茶树良种推广的具体实施，应以省为单位统一进行，有计划地分茶区建立茶树良种繁育场，同时设置采穗母本园、留种园和苗圃，向生产单位提供种子、苗木或插稼，生产单位也可以向良种繁育场索取插稼或种子，自行繁殖。茶树良种推广工作，既要坚持因地制宜，又要考虑生态条件，还要注意生产的茶类和品质搭配，相应地推广该良种的栽培技术和制茶工艺，以充分发挥茶树良种高产优质的作用，提高推广良种的经济效益。 (陈丈怀)
