本实验研究了蛋白的获得和提纯,用不同浓度激活蛋白处理水稻秧苗和种子,观察其生长变化规律,和与生长相关的酶:琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、淀粉酶(amylase)、丙酮酸激酶(PK)的活性变化规律观察其对水稻稻瘟病的抑菌和诱抗作用以及用基因芯片测试该蛋白处理后水稻秧苗基因表达差异,结果如下: 1、真菌源激活蛋白的提取纯化和电泳谱带鉴定,为42KD蛋白 2、真菌源激活蛋白对水稻秧苗根长、株高的影响: 2μg·mL~(-1)浓渡激活蛋白为最佳,促进水稻秧苗根苗生长,而6μg·mL~(-1)对水稻秧苗有抑制作用,水稻秧苗生长性状较差,1μg·mL~(-1)差异不明显。
