To provide the theoretical basis for the management of armand pine bark-weevil,the sex pheromone of armand pine bark-weevil was studied preliminarily.
为利用华山松木蠹象性信息素防治华山松木蠹象提供理论依据,对华山松木蠹象性信息素进行了初步研究,结果如下:(1)通过室内观察,确定华山松木蠹象信息素释放的高峰期在19:00～20:00,华山松木蠹象信息素活性粗提物的制取应在这一时段进行;(2)华山松木蠹象雌成虫性信息素粗提物的生物测定结果表明,用甲醇和乙醇作为溶剂浸提雌成虫性信息素腺体,所得粗提物对雄成虫均显示引诱活性,甲醇浸提液显示出较强的活性;(3)采用GC/MS方法对性信息素粗提物的成分进行分析,甲醇和乙醇作为提取溶剂得到的性信息素粗提物均分离出12种化学物质。
