外源性类脂性肺炎
吸入油类物质所引起的一种局限性或广泛类脂质性肺炎。我国较为少见。其原因是吸入矿物性、植物性和动物性油质而引起，其中以后者的危害最大。动物油被肺脂酶水解后，释出脂肪酸，引起肺组织的严重炎症反应，广泛病变者有呼吸困难、低热、呼吸音减弱，有时可闻及细湿罗音。对本病无特异疗法。去除病因后，对并发感染者给予适当的抗菌治疗。
