A study on the photosynthetic physiological characters of the vegetative tillers and reproductive tillers of Axonopus compressus reveal that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and the water use efficiency (WUE) of the former are higher than those of the latter, while the respiration rate and the light compensation point (LCP)of the reproductive tillers are higher than those of vegetative tillers.

With the researching of morphological,bacteria staining,physiological and biochemical characteristics,as well as hosts range and the 16S rDNA sequence of the pathogenic bacteria,the results showed that the pathogen of Anthurium bacterial leaf blight was identified as Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.
通过对红掌上分离的病原细菌进行形态观察、染色试验、致病性测定、寄主范围、生理生化性状等常规细菌鉴定技术,结合细菌16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定该红掌细菌性叶枯病的病原菌为地毯草黄单胞菌万年青致病变种(Xanthomonas axo-nopodispv。

补充资料:编金银丝玉堂富贵毯
      中国清代宫廷用地毯。为丝、棉编织物。横6.45米,纵 2.7米,穗长0.11米。丝毯纹饰由玉兰、海棠、牡丹、灵芝、竹子、太湖石、蛱蝶等构成。在此借玉兰的"玉"字,海棠的"棠"字与"堂"的谐音,组合为玉堂一词,泛指富贵之宅,而牡丹为花中之冠,象征富贵,故将上述花卉组成图案的丝毯称为玉堂富贵毯。此毯为乾隆时期的宫廷藏品,由新疆维吾尔族工匠,按本民族编织栽绒丝毯的工艺流程编织,其特点是以棉纱为经纬线,用彩色蚕丝线打结(俗称柱头),毯面的每个栽面绒点,由成千上万个结组成。
  
  编织时依据纹样、色彩的变化进行打结,待全毯编完,经整理加工,便形成一幅精美画面。
  
  丝毯的边饰,用银线编地,玫瑰红编织卐字形;毯心地部用金线编织,图案部分用色丰富,全毯使用29种色彩,配色讲究,注意应用晕色方法,使繁缛的彩饰协调,并增强了层次感和立体感,加之金银质地的烘托,收到了完美和谐的艺术效果。
