Group employed model 3NZX 850/600 three-product HM cyclone with pressurized feeding as its main cleaning equipment,additional modular HM workshop constructed and thus all raw coal cleaned;such equipment has high product throughput and still achieves excellent separation performance even at wide fluctuation of feed ash and feed pressure lower than that of pre-required.

Its advantages include:amenabilty to various kind of coal, wide size range of feed acceptable, less quantity of air reqiured, higher throughput, and better separation performance.

And through it this corporation got the better separating effect and the economic effect also be improved.

This paper introduces the parameters influencing the separating effect of the heavy medium cyclone,and connecting with the common problems in the production practice,makes concrete analysis on the forms of the influence of the technological parameters in the production on the separating effect and on the design of the structure of the cyclone,and puts forward some improving ideas.

Stabilize and raise the floatation effect by improving the capacity of slurry circulation system;

The article analyzed the cleaned coal recovery of flotation and the grain size from sludge pit,discussed the effect of coarse fraction cleaned coal on floatation effect.

On the basis of this,the recovery results are described,and it is indicated that the main factor of affecting selective recovery results is that,the difference of material during copper smelting in this paper.
