适应症:
可用于类风湿性关节炎、原发性肾小球肾病、肾病综合征、紫瘢性及狼疮性肾炎、红斑狼疮、亚急性及慢性重症肝炎、慢性活动性肝炎;亦可用于过敏性皮肤脉管炎、皮炎和湿疹,以及银屑病性关节炎、麻风反应、白噻氏病、复发性口疮、强直性脊柱炎等。
用量用法:
口服:每日每千克体重1~1.5mg,分3次饭后服。一般首次应给足量,控制症状后减量。宜在医师指导下服用。
注意事项:
1.孕妇忌服。服此药时应避孕。 2.老年有严重心血管病者慎用。 3.偶有胃肠道反应,可耐受。 4.罕有血小板减少,且程度较轻,一般无需停药。 5.可致月经紊乱及精子活力降低,数量减少,上述不良反应停药可恢复正常。
规格: 片剂:每片30mg、50mg、100mg。
