枣龟蜡介(CeroplastesjaponicusGr)属同翅目，蜡介科，又名日本蜡介、枣包甲蜡介、俗称枣虱子。在栾树上大面积发生时严重者全树枝叶上布满虫体，枝条上附着雌虫远看像下了雪一样，若虫在叶上吸食汁液，排泄物布满全树，造成了树势衰弱，也严重影响了绿化景观。通过两年的调查研究，摸清的该虫发生规律，找到了令人满意的防治方法。
该虫一代一代，以受精雌成虫密集在一、二年生小枝上越冬，卵就产在雌虫下，每只雌虫可产卵1500至2000粒，越冬雌成虫3、4月间开始取食，4月中、下旬虫体迅速增大，5月中、下旬开始产卵，卵期长达25至30天，若虫6月下旬开始发生，初孵化的若虫多静伏在雌虫的介壳下，经数日后才分散外出，多爬到叶片的叶脉两侧危害，数日后即分泌蜡质，形成介壳，固定不动。雌虫发育成熟后再由叶片迁回枝上，并与雄虫交配，以后即在枝上固定越冬。雄性若虫8月上、中旬开始化蛹，蛹期15天左右，8月下旬、9月上旬羽化为成虫、雌、雄虫交尾后，雄虫即死亡，以雌虫越冬。

2．打冰棱消灭越冬雌成虫，严冬时节如遇雨雪天气，枝条上有较厚的冰凌时，及时敲打树枝震落冰凌，可将越冬虫随冰凌震落。
3．若虫大发生期喷40%氧化乐果+40%水胺硫磷1000至1500倍，喷2至3次，间隔7至10天。
