利用60Co-γ射线对观赏荷花莲子、种藕和向日葵种子进行辐射,结果表明:种藕辐照适宜剂量为10-20Gy,莲子辐照适宜剂量为30-60Gy,向日葵种子辐照适宜剂量为100-200Gy;荷花红色系和复色系品种较易发生变异;向日葵复色系品种易产生诱变,已选育出4个观赏荷花和4个向日葵优良品系。
