原料:

猪肉150g,粉丝250g,酱油15g,葱花15g,姜末10 g,红椒末10g,白糖5g,胡椒粉5 g,味精10g,精盐5g,黄酒15g,淀粉50g,芝麻油10g,精制油50g。

做法:

1、将肉绞成肉末,加粗盐及黄酒少许,搅上劲;

2、粉丝用沸水浸泡至软;

3、炒锅置火上,下精制油,油热时倒入肉末,姜末及一些葱花,煸炒至肉末松散成熟;[美食中国]

4、加入黄酒,酱油,白糖,略加些水,椒粉调好味,将干淀粉调稀色紧芡汁,盛入煲中;
