性质:也称平面培养,平板培养或浅盘培养。即将微生物接种在方形或短形的平盘中的固体(琼脂或麸皮)培养基上,盘上加玻璃盖板,然后放入培养箱进行培养。目前较多采用培养皿(也称双碟,Petri dish)作表面培养,下碟铺有培养基,以培养微生物,上碟罩在下碟上作盖用。
