feibo muC00飞播牧草(airal Sowing of grass Seeds)利用飞机播种牧草,是人工改良草地的一项重要技术措施。 国外飞播牧草有长久的历史。澳大利亚、新西兰等国在第二次世界大战之后不久就把飞播牧草作为草地建设的基本手段。中国从1979年开始进行大规模飞播牧草试验,历经试验、示范、推广等阶段的十几年连续作业,现已发展成为高速度、大规模建设草地,治理水土流失和绿化祖国的一项新兴事业。截止1994年底,全国飞播牧草面积达到160多万公顷,保留面积达80%。翼 飞播改良退化草场(《中国草场资源图集》) 飞播牧草具有播种速度快、作业面积广、生产成本低、落籽均匀等特点,适宜在集中连片的大面积退化、沙化草原或新开发的南方草山区实施。据测定,一般飞播草地比原自然草地产草量提高2~5倍,高的可达10倍以上。在沙化区飞播牧草,可提高地被覆盖率几倍到几十倍。在黄土高原或红黄壤水土流失区飞播牧草可减少地面径流量30%~80%,减少泥土流失量35%~90%。 中国农业部、中国民航总局在飞播牧草的实施中制定了《建立飞播示范草场的实施规定》、《加强飞播草场经营管理的规定》等文件,对有关飞播牧草的组织领导、技术措施(包括播区选择、地面处理、牧草种子丸衣化及根瘤菌接种、飞行作业、播区观察、播区管理、草场经营等)作了规定,每年召开全国飞播牧草现场观摩和工作会议,交流先进经验,下达飞播牧草任务和国家补助资金,保证了飞播牧草事业的发展(参见彩图插页第56页)。(李毓堂)
