鸭 Anas domestica;duck 鸟纲雁形目鸭科动物的通称。家鸭由野鸭中的绿头鸭或斑嘴鸭驯化培育而来。中国养鸭较多的江苏省和长江流域以南各地,培育出许多家鸭品种。北京鸭则由绿头鸭白化品系中,逐渐选育而成。北京鸭雏鸭填肥10天,体重即达2~3千克,体重最高可达到4~5千克。它的繁殖力强,成熟早,肉质细嫩,无腥味,适宜烧烤。北京鸭祖先培育于北京西郊玉泉山一带,全身羽毛洁白,体质强健,胸部丰满,适应性强,容易饲养管理。 |
