手术名。阴茎皮肤撕脱伤修复术之一。硬膜外麻醉、腰麻或全麻。清创,将缺损近侧之皮肤修剪整齐,并尽量保留。剪除缺损远侧之皮肤,达近阴茎冠2~3mm处,仅留少许皮肤备与移植皮片缝合。取大腿内侧中厚皮片。阴茎头穿细钢丝作牵引,留置气囊导尿管,将皮片包绕阴茎以完全覆盖创面,皮片之左右两缘在阴茎背侧中线上做锯齿状对合并缝合。分别缝合阴茎根部及冠状沟部创缘。留长缝线作敷料加压包扎用。植皮面覆盖凡士林纱布,外以软纱布及棉团加压包扎、固定移植皮片。剪除牵引用钢丝。卧床2周,用抗生素预防感染、雌激素防止 阴茎勃起,观察阴茎头血运。10天后拆线。继续加压包扎2周,同时拔管。
