The partial sequences of the mitochondrial COⅠ,COⅡ and tRNA gene of the adults and larvae of 4 species from Lepidostomatidae were sequenced and compared in this study.
本研究测定和分析了 4种鳞石蛾成虫及其疑似幼虫的mtDNA COⅠ、Ⅱ及tRNA基因序列 ,发现鳞石蛾成虫与其疑似幼虫的序列歧异度均 <1% ,属于种内差异 ,由此确认了 4种供试幼虫与其对应成虫的联系。
