制备方法:以叔丁醇为原料,在三氯化铝存在下,与苯反应生成叔丁苯,用多聚甲醛、盐酸等做氯甲基化反应,生成对-叔丁基苄氯,然后与哌嗪缩合生成对-叔丁基苄基哌嗪盐酸盐,用碱中和得对-叔丁基苄基哌嗪,与对-氯二苯溴甲烷缩合,生成氯苯丁嗪,最后与盐酸成盐。生成盐酸氯苯丁嗪[129-74-8]。
用途:抗过敏性药物。可用于荨麻疹、神经性皮炎等。亦可用于妊娠呕吐、晕动症。
