氯芪酚胺/人绝经期促性腺激素/人绒毛膜促性腺激素
是一种促超排卵方案。HMG每支含75IU FSH及75IU LH。具体方法是于月经周期3~7天用CC100mg每日1次,于第5天或第6天开始每日加用HMG2g,在B超及其他辅助监测下适时肌肉注射HCG,34~36小时后采卵。CC和HMG合用使HMG用量减少;缺点是只能动员少数卵泡,CC抗雌激素作用影响子宫颈黏液及子宫内膜,及有时LH的过早升高会影响卵子的质量。
