伤寒血清凝集反应
又称"肥达反应"，是临床诊断肠热症较为可靠而简便的一种血清学试验。用伤寒杆菌菌体"O"抗原及鞭毛"H"抗原，以及副伤寒甲、乙、丙的鞭毛"H"等5种抗原，和连续二倍稀释的病人血清作试管内凝集试验，测定血清中各种抗体含量。一般于病程2周后人多呈阳性反应，3～4周的阳性率最高。病愈后阳性反应可持续数月。
