【来源】
为葡萄科植物复叶葡萄幼枝所流出之液汁。
【植物形态】
复叶葡萄 木质藤本。幼枝及叶柄有褐色柔毛及长柔毛。叶互生。具纤细长柄，叶在同一枝上变化大，多为卵圆形，长4～9厘米，顶端突尖，基部宽心形，浅裂、深裂或全裂，边缘具粗齿，下面有黄褐色绒毛；全裂为3～5小叶的掌状复叶；中间小叶菱形，长9～11厘米，基部楔形，具短柄；两侧小叶斜卵形。圆锥花序与叶对生，长5～10厘米，花序轴有柔毛；花小，直径约3毫米；花萼盘形，无毛。浆果球形，直径约1厘米，黑褐色。 生于山坡、路旁或河边，常攀缘树上。分布四川、陕西、山西、河南等地。
【采集】
除冬季外均可采收，将幼枝切成小段，用瓷器或搪瓷容器收集流出的液体，置干燥处。

微苦涩，平。
【功用主治】
消食，清热；凉血。治胃肠实热，头痛发烧，骨蒸痨热，红眼，鼻衄。
【用法与用量】
内服：原汁生用，每次1～3酒杯，温服。
