试验研究60Co-r射线对球根海棠(根茎)、大丽菊(根茎)辐射后其植株叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明,经10Gy辐射处理后的大丽菊M2代,20Gy辐射处理后的大丽菊M3代与高剂量辐射后的球根海棠M2、M3代均有较高的光合作用和抗逆性,球根海棠经辐射处理的花色出现明显的变异。
