To perfect basic animal prevention system, embarking on the construction socialism newvillage, we investigated on the conditions of the economical and agricultural extension of theveterinarian epidemic prevention system using empirical analysis methods from February,2005 to August, 2006 in the city of Zhoukou in Henan Province.
本文从建设社会主义新农村的需要出发，从完善基层动物防疫体系的角度上考虑，于2005年2月至2006年8月，对河南省周口市10个县(区)的动物防疫体系进行了问卷、访谈调查，调查内容主要包括动物防疫体系的机构设置，现行动物防疫体系存在的弊端、以及农户对防疫体系因素的采纳等方面进行了较为全面的调查研究，以期能通过对周口市基层动物防疫系统所存在的问题进行全面、系统的了解，进而了解当前我国基层动物防疫体系所面临的问题以及解决的办法。
