形态特征子实体中等至较大。高18-23cm,托幼时卵圆形,有弹性,高3-4.5cm,粗3-4cm,初期污白色后带浅褐黄色。菌盖近钟形,高3-5.5cm,宽2.5-4cm隆起的网棱中或凹窝中有暗绿色孢体粘液。菌裙长14-28cm,边缘宽20-40cm,浅黄色,网格近圆形或多角形,长度有时超过柄长。菌柄长17-21cm,粗2-3cm,似海绵状,浅黄至污白色,中空。孢子无色,平滑,椭圆形,3.5-5μm×1.5-2μm。
