性质:进入土壤的纤维素(植物残体)经微生物纤维素酶的作用转化为半纤维素、糖或酸类等简单碳水化合物的过程。土壤中的细菌、真菌和放线菌都参加纤维素的分解,其中以好气的纤维分解菌为主(特别是高温纤维分解菌)。碳氮比(C/N)低、好气、高温(>60℃)、中性至微碱反应均有利于此过程的进行。此过程对增加土壤肥力有利。
