用16对SSR引物对11个贵州地方耐冷水稻品种、2个典型的籼稻品种和2个典型的粳稻品种进行遗传多样性分析,在15份材料中共检测到95个等位基因,每一位点的等位基因变幅为4～12个,平均5 9个,其中有效等位基因70个,有效等位基因的百分数为75 8%,多态位点百分率为38%,贵州地方耐冷水稻品种间遗传距离为0 06～0 53。
