以质粒pSG516(ipt)为目的基因,pHQ9(hpt和gus)为选择 标记基因进行共转化,以PSD-1000-氦气基因枪介导,将ipt、hpt和gus基因转化到籼型不育系中A的核DNA中,得到了98个潮霉素抗性再生植株系。
