茶树抗性育种(resistanee breeding(,ftea plant)一种以选育杭性强的茶树新品种为主要目标的育种方法,包括抗病、杭虫以及抗早、杭寒等不利于茶树正常生长的外界因子的抵抗能力。中l月北方茶区里季多低湿干旱,冬季多低沮严寒,这个地区的茶树选种不仅要求优质高产,还必须有较好的耐旱和抗寒能力:中国南方茶区气候沮吸很润,利于某些病虫发生.所以在南部茶区必须l视茶树抗病和杭虫能力的育种。无沦南北茶区,都要咬视免疫品种的选育。 茶树抗性育种要从以下几个方面扮手:声“‘泛搜集国内外的抗源品种和野生种,建立抗病虫的种质库.利用现代化的人工气候,加速进行病虫人工诱发和鉴定:寻求茶树本身能抑制病虫生长的化学物质,并加以棋拟仿制;研究人工免疫和人造抗病性的技术等。但杭性与某些经济性状间存在着连锁关系.在育种目标日益全面要求下.在利用新类型亲本和新抗源时,必须密切注意它们带来的不良性状.打破抗性与不良性状的连锁.才能获得理想的结果。以西维时)
