农业劳动力转移农业劳动力转入非农产业的过程。中国农业劳动力转移进程起步较晚。自20世纪80年代以后，农村乡镇企业迅速发展，吸收了大批农业剩余劳动力。同时农业劳动力还转移到城市务工经商。中国农村存在大量剩余劳动力，要立足农村就地消化，乡镇企业的发展开辟了这个渠道。大力发展乡镇企业、开发性农业、加快小城镇建设等，是转移农业剩余劳动力的主要措施。伴随农业劳动力的非农化，必然出现劳动力的跨地区的转移和流动，加速工业化和城市化的过程。
